New history and multi-user features

Jungle Time, Jungle Coins, and Jungle Fractions have all been updated with 2 great new features: (1) Show history of problems (see what is correct/incorrect), and (2) Multi-user support (track progress across multiple users). These features make Jungle Education apps even better for the classroom setting, and for homes with multiple children.
